Spotless value for money will be back

A lovely spot to explore Cornwall but unfortunately this property is due some much needed maintenance and repairs. Considering guests have to vacate the property at 10am and the cleaners have until 4.30 to do their job, ours was left a mess. Upon arrival we had to clean the fridge out before putting food in, Used Sanitary towels were left in the bathroom bin. Very Dusty and mouldy curtains in bathroom and living area. Kitchen Cupboard doors which were loose. They had plastic flowers in jars of water that had been there that long the water was green with mould. The stairs felt like they were going to fall apart at anytime. Claw hammer just lying around on the very worn out and tired decking area. Toilet seat was cracked. Broken and chipped wine glasses that had been hidden at the back of the cupboard. The bedrooms are the smallest we have ever stayed in. The kids room has no room whatsoever. I have never left a bad review on any holiday we have been on but I feel these issues needed addressing. We payed paid a lot of money for this holiday and feel it is very over priced for what we had. The first 5 minutes of entering the property should be a happy time after traveling 7 hours but we was very disappointed and couldn't help but find fault. Will definitely stay in the area again just not this property
