I've been going here for yrs so I presumed the change of ownership would mean I'd be a valued customer....wrong. Many times I'd come home to 'trim up' bits that were left & yes they were told. Trainee's doing the cutting but not told & no price difference. In fact each time I went I was told of a price increase, no warning. I no longer take my dog.

Really good with both our dogs especially our senior who who suffers with arthritis in her legs. They're always so gentle with them both. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
