Excellent practice, efficient and professional. Appointment times always kept and the Dentist creates a very calm atmosphere. Very lucky to have an NHS dentist within walking distance. Now a new dentist but every bit as excellent. Had a broken crown replaced and the new one fitted brilliantly, no need for any further work and he also prescribed some tooth paste to deal with very sensitive tooth. That has helped considerably.

I had an appointment today and everything was commendable.The practice continues to follow strict COVID rules, which is reassuring. I was seen without any delay, not always the case at dentists.I was given clear advice about gum disease and instructions for the treatment thereof, and all staff were courteous throughout.

Best experience, been avoiding dental services for years due to confidence. But this practice was incredible with customer service, the receptionist Pani helped me make my appointment. And the dentist was great with explaining the procedure and making recommendations, 100% would recommend. Thanks for all your help!

Amazing dental practice! The dentist and staff are all so friendly and made me feel so welcome coming in. I am terrified going to the dentist in general but this one made me feel really relaxed and at ease. I recieved very good treatment. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone. Excellent service!

Worst experience ever. Dentist lady so so rude. She didn't know what she was doing. Didnt give me glasses even though product kept going in my eyes. Am pregnant she said to me out of rudeness that my baby will have bad teeth. She didn't listen to a word I said. Made me feel angry. Avoid! I leaved with more pain then I went in. Product was leaved on my face and in my mouth/hair/eyes when I leaved in distress . After she finshed, I stood up and She grabbed my arm when I tryed getting a piece of product of my tongue whitch was leaved there by her then she kept blaming me. Saying its cuz I have bad teeth thats there. I said no its cuz you didn't clean up properly. Avoid!.Tools was broken and she still said to the helper its ok il still use it.I will not be returning and that was my frist visit. WowShe needs more training!!!

I cancelled my appointment earlier this year due to having COVID just after Christmas and still being unwell a couple of days before my appointment. I had contacted them to let them know that i had COVID symptoms and was unwell to which they cancelled my appointment and I was told to reschedule when I was better.Fast forward to today, I tried to arrange another appointment at the dentist in which i was informed (by the dentist herself) that I am no longer registered with this dentist as i had a previous no show".Moreover

Very friendly, good treatment, gave me emergency appointment same day. Best dentist iv been too.

I used to dread going to the dentist as would often leave with bleeding and uncomfortable gums. However, the dentist that has taken over the practice is very gentle, explains everything well and in detail including recommending products and explaining how to use them correctly.Would highly recommend this dentist.

After having very bad experience with the dentist I am petrified of going. I signed up to this dentist and they popped me and my family on a waiting list. They came through within a few short weeks and called us to say we have a place. We all visited today for our first appointment and we was made to feel so comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and lovely! We were all treated with care and everyone was very kind and understanding. My partner, my one year old and 7 year old were all seen and treated with care! I highly recommend this dental Practice. Just to add, I will no longer be afraid of going every 6 months for a check up. Thank you for making my children’s and my experience good!
