Was been 4 days to check my I had a heart attack while driving. When I arrived at the hospital, I had to wait for 10 hours. They tested my blood. They said I was fine and sent me home. The next day I felt even worse. I had to lie down and wait again all night around 8 o'clock. The doctor said that my blood was good and I needed to go home. Third. The day was even worse, I had to call an ambulance. After 5 hours, they said that I was fine and sent me home. I was prescribed medicine for pain, although I have no pain. Now I am lying at home and I don't get out of bed without falling on the ground. I try to treat myself and don't go here anymore to this hospital

0 stars. I’ve never been to the hospital before and will never go back even if I’m dying. Was waiting 7 hours to be seen, I was in agony and was not given any pain relief and I had told them I would like to discharge myself twice and been ignored as I was fed up with people coming in after me and being seen first. I had to end up discharging myself at 6.30am as I had to get back home in time for my partner to go to work. The staff couldn’t be more ruder, one nurse in particular just so so rude, could barely be bothered to give me a full worded response. Just a very unfair and uncomfortable experience. As well as the parking costing me £9.

Awful. On many occasions.Ambulance with concussion gets you ten hours in a hallway until you discharge yourself. Unable to walk properly. Left to get into a random taxi on your own. I quote the nurse, ‘I wish we could give the care we wanted to..’I’ve been let down by PCH on countless occasions now.Quality care commission should be monitoring this joke. What a lovely chat the receptionists in an and e had about the patients… sick and twisted. If you don’t like the job, leave!

If I could give less than one star I would!! To go at A&E with a 1 year old that has fever 40,5 and they keep you waiting from 23:00 until 6:00 in the morning without even look at the baby, that is another level .. while the doctors and nurses are having jokes and laughs. It’s Incredible!!

Yes the wait times are long 10 hours however don't blame the staff or hospital blame the awful 13 years of Tories being in power who seems determined to ruin the NHS.I arrived in A&E after being advised by 111 to attend on with severe abdominal pain and sickness, a Friday Eve yes it was packed and not enough chairs however, I cannot fault the staff whatsoever. They are superhero's working their hardest and best to get through everyone and prioritising. I wasn't the illest person there and was happy to wait in line. The staff were attentive, pleasant, friendly, calm, while dealing with serious pressure, drunken idiots and people who have not looked after their health and blame everyone else for there issues.Every NHS hospital in the country is up against it due to mismanagement and poor funding while the Tories line their pockets.Turns out I had Cholecystitis and needed IV antibiotics.Thank you to all the staff you are AMAZING.

Interesting review by Andrew T who says his mother had £150 taken from her on ward B6 5 months ago. The same happened to my elderly mother on the same ward a couple of months later. When I had noticed money had disappeared, I mentioned it to one of the staff and they looked a bit worried and couldn't answer the question on who to report it to. It made me feel they were guilty or they knew something. I also told the police and gave them a time frame of when it happened - I told them it must be happening on the night shift and the person or persons doing it are thinking it wouldn't be noticed by taking a bit at a time. I don't think it was ever investigated as the police never got back to me.

Lack of management and direction. Sat in the emergency unit since 0900, it’s now 1800 and not one person has offered a drink or a meal despite being opposite the nurse station and told to drink loads after the MRI. . The nurse in charge is too busy talking about her own family rather than chasing up. No direction of the staff most sitting chatting. The HCA is probably the busiest in the department. Lack of updates and when asked for an update the answer is I’ll try to call them. Try!! Probably the worst experience ever. Despite the excellent start by the nurse practitioner.

Walked in on Wednesday 18th October with a fast heart rate and chest pain, I was being treated in ED in 10 minutes. Stayed in Coronary care over night while the staff got my heart back to a normal rate. There will be following treatment (investigation) A BIG thank you to all the staff looking after me so well, can’t fault anything.

This review is from my 10 year old daughter.Tue staff are all lovely, especially the nurses. The food is just ok, but the milk is terrible. The best bit is the WH Smith is quite cheap.

First time visit, couldn't fault the speed of service. Within the first 10 minutes I was offered a cup of coffee. I was seen Within about half an hour. I was sent home with a doctors prescription as their pharmacy had shut. Then I was contacted early the following day with an appointment. Can't fault any thing
