Entry looks shabby today july 2017. Toilet and shower are up to date and clean. No entertainment. Qiet campsite. Food restaurants in Topsham

Great little camp site. Good facilities and views. Their is a little road noise from the m5, but in the distance, not enough to disturb sleep.

Tent pitches flat enough but felt let down. The website doesn't make it clear (not surprisingly) that you are quite close to the M5 motorway, very near a local railway line and directly under the flight path of Exeter Airport
