There was nobody available to deal with my enquiry around a quote for conveyancing, the receptionist took my details and informed me someone would call me back, which did not happen. During lockdown the same firm declined to process a confirmation of identity for me. It is a shame as this is the nearest solicitors to where I live.

Hired them to resolve an employment issue -- my first time ever needing a lawyer. On very short notice they were able to advocate for me and sort things out. Explained everything clearly to me and stayed within budget. Would hire again!

Waste of time. No customer service. They promise a lot, whilst they don't do much.Avoid, from the very beginning. They will promise they will get back to you.1 week in and still no reply.

Worst solicitors to work with. They lied about not receiving documents from the council and dragged the paperwork for as long as possible. Helen was not at all proactive and took days to respond. I will not recommend them. I wish I had never approached them.
