I purchased a Ford Focus unseen from Simon using a credit card after speaking with him on my phone. He seemed like a very genuine and straightforward sort of guy and not a bit like the character often ‘painted’ of used car salesman. I am delighted to state that my initial assessment was correct. Although I did experience an after sale issue with the car, the matter was resolved to my complete satisfaction which might not have happened with other traders. I am very pleased with the car and would happily buy again from Simon.

Purchased my new car from Catcarz in the last week and it was a very smooth process. My partner and I were looking for our first family car and I am so grateful to have come across CatCarz. I met Simon, who went above and beyond to help. Allowing me enough time to have a proper look at the car (including any others I was interested in) have a test drive and gave me the cars history- explaining what they do as a business too.He was so kind, patient and helpful, even helping me fit my little ones car seat in the car I was testing out. We couldn’t have found a better car for our little family and at an amazing price too! It was an absolute pleasure to have met Simon and I can’t recommend CatCarz enough.

We recently purchased a VW UP from Catcarz and have been pleased with the entire process. There was no hard sale. Simon gave us the pros and cons of the cars on offer. I recommend using Simon to buy a car from CatCarz. He was super friendly, honest and helpful. He gave us all the specification of the car, he showed us all in and out and mostly he was very kind and did wait for us so we've seen the car out of his working hours. I enjoy driving my new car now. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a Mitsubishi Mirage from CatCarz. Excellent value for money. Simon and his colleague Matthew went the extra mile to make sure that we were totally happy with our purchase. They offered a personal touch to their service. Their follow up customer care was more than we expected. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Although we had to travel some distance to collect our car, we would not hesitate to seek them out again if the need arises.
