Avoid Steven Eagell Aylesbury at All CostsMy recent experience at Steven Eagell Aylesbury was nothing short of appalling. They recommended unnecessary repairs, including a new exhaust and fuel tank, for my 15-year-old Prius, asking over £4,100. To add insult to injury, they engaged in a pointless antibacterial treatment, further inflating the expenses.I took my car to Steven Eagell for an MOT and service, only to be met with a barrage of unnecessary and expensive repairs. They insisted that the exhaust, fuel tank, and other components were in dire need of replacement, citing their supposed expertise. The price tag was astronomical, and I knew it was unreasonable.I paid £992.88 to get my car back including anti-bacterial treatment". Seeking a second opinion

Another dreadful dealing. Needed a recall. When booked in they said they would give a complimentary clean inside and out. When I went to pick it up. The guy said they should have finished cleaning by now. Yep. No clean. They did the same when it had its service.
