I have a large electic box cargo bike and went get a minor wheel (spoke) repair done at the Evolve Electric Bike Shop in Kingston Towncentre knowing that they sell many similar bikes. I just needed a new spoke for the wheel. The Evolve Service Counter in the shop said that they cannot fix it. (No reason given.) A standard spoke on a electric cargo bike just like what they sell and they cannot repair? So as far as service is concerned it would be a ZERO. Just be aware if you buy from them you might find problems having anything fixed.
