Useless company, stay away they will take your money and mess you about over installation dates. Totally let me down after promising an install would happen, use a local company with some sense of customer service and avoid these cowboys at all costs

Probably the worst Security company in GB today and especiall ADT Belfast, Airport road. Belfast. Fro the management to all the people in their office and some of the installers and site engineers. Ignorant people, bad language is their first language followed by very poor customer service and considering they work under the umberalla company, TYCO they are an absolute disgrace.

They contacted me to cancel first appointment then turned up late 2nd appointment with know apology or ID but his driving license...ehhh avoid...

One star is the minimum I can give, otherwise it would be a zero. this company I have been with and regret the decision to join them the company don't have a clue how to deal with customers. I've had a member of the accounts/direct debit team ask me to borrow money from a family member and or a loan l to pay the bill after a bereavement absolutely disgusting customer service, I've had people say ill give you a call back within 3 hours...no call back came, phoned again the next day we will get a call back in 10 minutes...nothing came....phone today Sunday 4th June only to find a job on for Monday only I'm not available no phone call or arrange the appointment it was done without me knowing...the system hasn't been working right since I got it, cameras flicker off and on all the time...I can't access the cctv can't login using the manufacturer password....I can't reset it.... if you want dreadful customer service then join ADT, IF YOU WANT A BETTER SERVICE GET A COWBOY BUILDER TO INSTALL FOR YOU AWFUL COMPANY AND DONT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today I was speaking to a fellow I said you can't understand the priority of this job I'm English and I said to the guy your English possibly Bolton or Burnley and the location in which I live is the reason he probably wouldn't understand the priority in getting this resolved it makes no difference in where the man is from the reason i mentioned him being english is because of the he genuinelywouldnt understand why i need this doing urgently is solely because of where i live so please dont judge in the comment of him being english it wasnt malicious or anything bad just for him to try and understand the need for it being done ungently, then he said that I said he wasn't English" dreadful !!!!!AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!"

The worst company I have ever had the unpleasure of dealing with. Complete cowboys and liars. 12 weeks waiting to get an alarm fitted. After having to pay more than the original quote, they sent the wrong equipment out 3 times. Eventually got another crowd to fit the alarm and got adt to come remove the bits of the alarm they had already fitted and still waiting for my refund. Clowns.

Please please please stay away from the company if you know what’s good for you. My elderly parents got into a contract with them and I’ve been trying to extract them from it for six months. They don’t answer the phone. If they do they tell you the department you need to speak to is not a available. They say they will ring you back and don’t. The contract was finally cancelled last December and they are now trying to extort £89 from my parents. These are two severely disabled old people. ADT are bombarding them with invoices and phone calls and upsetting them no end. Their behaviour is nothing short of harassment. Dreadful shysters. Stay well clear.
