Just had the chap come and fit a new fan element to my cooker. Phoned at 12 noon and the chap was here for 2pm. Fantastic service. And a very good price too. Will definitely use him again.Thanks for the prompt service!

Absolutely recommend Laings! Our washer stopped draining 2pm on a Friday afternoon and I was sure no one would be able to look at it until next week. Called Laings and they were out 30 minutes later and sorted it out quickly! You can't get a takeway THAT soon! Definitely my new go-to appliance servicer!! Thank you!

Thought our faithful Dyson vacuum had reached end of road. Took it down to Laings where problem was found to be a broken belt. Fixed on spot. Was in and out in less than 10 mins and only charged for part, no charge for fitting and even given spare. Brilliant service.

Phoned up after our oven stopped heating up. They were out first thing the next day although offered to come out that same day. Quickly identified the problem and had the replacement part in the van. It was fixed within 10 minutes of arrival. First class service. Thank you

Highly recommended!Phoned at 9.30am and it was agreed that the workman would come out between 11am and 12pm to have a look at the dryer.Gave the price on the phone and all agreed to.Workman arrived between the agreed time and very respectful of the house. Got to work straightaway and advised us that it wasn't we had initially thought it would be. Fixed really quickly and tested before leaving.Couldn't fault such a simple and easy process!

Really fantastic service from Laings. Washing machine broke down, engineer was round within 10 mins of call and fixed issue with the belt. Price was very fair too. Would definitely recommend.
