Purchased a camera for my daughters college course. Had a vague idea, but need advice on most practical and cost effective solution. Sent an email before purchase and was so made up with the support I received. Thank you Samuel. My daughter is now the proud owner of a Meikai 204. Samuel helped with everything I needed, the film, use and best case etc. The item was received quickly and well packaged. Would definitely use again.

Recently purchased an Olympus MD2 point and shoot from F16 Camera Store and the customer service has been excellent. Sam helped massively on multiple occasions to make sure the process was as smooth as possible, and the images from the camera are great!

We ordered this and came promptly. But after the first film was ready for developing we couldn’t get it out. Took it to the local expert who said it’s broken and needs repair. When I contacted f16 they declined to replace or repair as it was a few months since we’d purchased. An expensive price to pay for 12 photos and not a lot of goodwill from f16. We won’t be back.

I ordered from their website for a camera and had accidentally ordered the wrong film for the camera and Sam went out of their way to contact me to let me know the film I had ordered wasn’t compatible with the camera and wanted to make sure I didn’t select the wrong option. I am beyond happy with their service and the camera, it’s in beautiful condition and I’m so excited to gift it! Thank you again so much for your help!
