Derek accidentally took my parcel to my neighbour, I called him after receiving the ‘delivered’ email and left a vm. He rang me back almost immediately, explained he’d given it to a man (just myself home so was a bit confused by this). I headed over to the neighbours to see if he’d taken it to the wrong house, and as I was outside, he pulled up and explained where he’d taken it. So grateful he came back and was so helpful as it’s my boyfriends birthday present. Most drivers would’ve said not my problem call head office but Derek saw to me personally and considering how busy delivery drivers are, I really appreciate that! Thank you.
