Serving Carlisle since I was a kid, they pumped my tyres up and showed me the stuff I couldn't afford, but they gave me time and advice. Now I can afford it and I would not go anywhere else. Great local shop !

Went in for a crank replacement on the day, no appointment and they were able to sort it within the hour. Fair prices and great work, would recommend!

Went to look at bikes and excellent customer service bought a bike and he said fet h it back after 8 weeks to check it over and free service next year this is the reason we shop local. Please people by local own company's and the money is going back into the local ecomony. Highly reccomend shopping here

Brilliant bike shop ,staff are all fantastic had a problem with my sons bike and they dealt with the problem promptly to resolve it.What a great local business keep up the great work will always use them highly reccomend.

I visited the motor store today as I have been doing for some 30 years.Just wanted a bulb.I suffer from copd and have restricted breathing.I eased my facemask from my nose to ease my breathlessness to which the proprietor told me to replace it from 15 feet away.I am currently exempt from wearing these but wear mine out of courtesy and respect.I was told to throw the old bulb on a table which I did and stood away.I must point out another gentleman was in the store and not wearing a mask.(no problem).Owing to this incident and the proprietors overall bad attitude I nor any of my family will be using this outlet again.If you feel so insecure should it not be better you stay closed during these uncertain times.Goodbye from a regular customer.

Whiteheads cycles 10out of 10 staff knowledgeable friendly needed a part for my bicycle should have known better went to Halfords more fool me from now on it whiteheads for me not just bicycle products but a great range products for your motoring needs

Went above and beyond to help me get the right tyres for my son's bike. I made a mistake with the first order and Paul was friendly, quick and helpful in making it right. Just brilliant service - 100% recommend.
