Mark was great. I was looking for someone to help me get my Wattbike set up correctly and Mark was able to offer a quote to come to do this on site, others wanted me to take the Wattbike to them.Thorough fitting, no time pressure and feel like we've achieved what I was after.Many thanks Mark, thoroughly recommended.

Mark managed to fit me in for a bike fit on my new road bike a week before my first IronMan 70.3 in Lanzarote.He listened to my needs and current niggles and took time to explain what we were doing and go through a feedback process to make sure he got each aspect of the bike fit sorted before we moved onto the next part!My knee and neck pain experience on the long rides prior vanished and I managed to complete my race with no worries :) Mark also provided me with other recommendations to take away to improve my ride outside of what we could do on the day with the little time I had left before my race. He’s full of knowledge and patience which is needed for people like me who can’t decide what feels better with several swaps back to compare!Highly recommend to anyone who spends time in the saddle! Will 100% be using Marks services again when I get a new bike in the future! Maybe before I even look at bikes as Make can help with this too.

Mark has fitted both of my bikes recently and I can highly recommend his service. What's great is the way he explains how the process works step by step. I can honestly say that I am far more comfortable on the bikes now.

Thanks to bike fit from Mark, I no longer suffer from the back and foot pain I was previously suffering from despite only commuting a few miles on the bike. Mark did a fantastic job at explaining each part of the bike fit in a friendly and easy to understand way, and was meticulous at getting the fit perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend Mark for a bike fit regardless of your ability and experience as you are sure to come away from it feeling more comfortable and efficient.

I booked a fit for two bikes with Mark due to concerns I had about causing further problems from an old knee injury (not bike related) by riding.The fit itself was very thorough, and I left with both bikes having undergone quite a few adjustments, and some shoe fettling. A couple of days later I rode the Dartmoor Way, which includes I think around 11,000 feet of climbing, this took 1 1/2 days.. Had there been a problem I'm pretty sure it would have become apparent a short way up the first ridiculously steep climb but no, absolutely fine.I did notice slightly more thigh fatigue for a few days on both bikes, no doubt due to the alteration in riding positions and my now using a more efficient pedalling position.I am pleased with the results and feel confident I am not risking further knee injury. No hesitation in recommending Ridefit, well worth the outlay and peace of mind. Thank you Mark.

Excellent and efficient service, with a very positive outcome and that's from a long time sceptic. Mark's bike fit has improved my pedaling action, giving rise to higher average speeds and his tweaks have resulted in greater long distance comfort and less tiredness.

Mark was fantastic, very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I really didn’t know what to expect from this bike fit !!! After explaining what he was going to do then starting with my feet I was totally amazed as to how such subtle changes made such a difference to my riding, I suffer very bad knee pain due to osteoarthritis and was finding it was worse after riding for several hours, the knee pain has definitely changed in intensity- not gone completely due to the nature of the severity but bareable to ride for 3hrs + . I would recommend Mark to anyone , if you feel you need a good bike fit then most certainly Mark is the go to man.

A brilliant service from the directions to find Mark's house to the fine details of the set up. I was most impressed with the small detailsI was not expecting to spend so much time getting the shoes, cleats and pedals set up. Mark explaned why this time was so important to the outcome of the bike fit, which made a great deal of sense. It's the small things that make so much difference, the measurements and the fine adjustment.I'm very impressed with the outcome of the bike fit, the bike and the feel is so much better. I can see and feel the difference.

Having picked up a TT bike for a full distance triathlon (Outlaw) I wanted to get the bike setup to be optimised to give me the best chance of being as efficient as possible over many hours in the saddle. Mark was great, his attention to detail was appreciated and the bike fit gave me the confidence of knowing that bike was now setup for me to progress with my training and perform at my best when competing in the event, now completed! Highly recommended.

As a beginner (200mile covered) I was feeling uncomfortable on my bike, saddle pain, back pain. The usual suspects. I considered a bike fit for a while as i was thinking maybe it's just me moulding to the bike.Eventually I booked in with Mark after googling bike fits near me and what a huge difference he has made to my riding.Whilst there I did purchase some new shoes, saddle and shorter stem which to really get the most out of the bike fit you need to be open to the possibility you may need to change some parts to get the most out of the experience.The pains have gone now I can ride for much longer and much faster with ease. No longer am I at the back of the pack struggling to keep up which intern has made my riding much more fun.Mark was a top bloke really friendly, knowledgeable and easy to get along with.He spends hours with you to make sure everything is perfect. When I first booked I thought it was expensive but actually now I'm on the otherside and seeing the results it's fantastic value for money and would say to anyone undecided to just do it. I'm so glad I did it so early on I've now done an extra 400 miles since the fit & couldnt be happier.Thankyou so much Mark, highly recommended.RegardsWayne
