This is and was created in 1969 costing a staggering £13,500 but unfortunately ran out of funding before it was finished. It was a shame to have been left would make a great center piece for skelmersdale to be completed to its original design.

A large grass amphitheatre dug out the ground. Certain areas have steps for sitting. Location is part of the Tawd Valley Park and is situated along the River Tawd. Great for walking the dog and picnics. Fantastic for sledging in winter when the snows arrive.
