So simple and good value. 2 minutes to explain it all. 1 minute to hand the car over in ultra easy parking at Sainsbury. I went shopping for 25 minutes. The repair was shown and explained. Julian had carefully cleaned the remainder of the screen to check for any other problem - 'none' - despite my treasured Touareg being over 20 years old. Quickly paid by card. Payment receipt and guarantee all on my email by the time I arrived home. So simple. Thanks.
