Canterbury West Station

Please FIX your gates! Paper tickets never work at your gates. The station was super busy as travellers were trying to get out of the station. My ticket didn't work at the gate and had to wait for two employees to check it. On top of that the employee seized my ticket saying I didn't need it anymore. I had to insist to have it back because I needed it to claim compensation as SWR was 45min late on one leg of my journey.

What a lovely old station. Plenty of seats waiting room ... train on time!

Great staff - take good care of station

Train station is walking distance to place of interest and are very clean.

Good coffee and Train on time.
