A Strange experience...Started well with some flexible planning as we had some major works on which wasn't quite ready for the final painting.Dean and Co seemed pretty ok with that which was good.When it came to the project being ready, their delivery was nothing short of frustrating.They had 6-7 working days before Xmas to do the works.Day 1 I get a sob sorry that the previous client has refused to pay and they need to go back there. 'No problem, get that sorted and we'll start next week Dean'.Monday and Tuesday went by, other than the labourer being on site filling holes.Tuesday PM, Dean decided to join and until Thursday did as much as they could before telling me Friday was their Xmas party. I'm no kill joy, so as long as they make it up on Sunday that's fine as the week before Xmas wasn't an option.'No problem, we'll do everything we can''I swear on my mothers grave''We'll work till late''will be finished to the highest standard'Text after text of thanks for your understanding and we promise etc...What a load of bulls*it.The Dad and labourer arrived Sunday, Dean didn't show up at all and ignored all my calls. They down tools at 3pm and I haven't heard from them since.Not once with an explanation or apology.I then spent the following days making good their rushed work (average finish) and completing the job.I Can't rate a company that's over promised and didn't deliver. In an industry when it's easy to stand out as a good company, they chose to be the opposite .

Dean was very responsive to my messages and he and his team were polite and professional whilst on the job - would definitely recommend

Good customer service, easy to deal with and was on time. Had the flat painted in a few days with great results. Would recommend them for future projects.
