Very good selection of clothing and a very good sale on at the minute. Shop is clean and tidy, one thing letting it down is the male staff member on the till that looks like he could benefit from a personality.

No answers phones there me and wife tried ringing about a pair of trainers as website ordering broken. Need to check in stock but no answer tried ringing for 25 mins with 2 phones no one answers.

The location is great in terms of parking and accessibility to the shop. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. My only qualm is that JD Sports is overpriced in my opinion. You can easily save money shopping online from other retailers. For example, Reebok Sprint TR Mens Trainers - £55 at JD Sports or you can buy them directly from Reebok for £42. Adidas Originals Trefoil State Hoodie - £55 at JD, £38.50 on Adidas. Be sure to do a search on the Internet to find better prices

So disgusted, visited the Broughton shop today think it would be quite safe. But no one on the door counting people entering the shop, when you get inside there is no social distancing,as it is impossible with the amount of people in there.I asked one of the staff if they have anyone on the door,she just said no,so i said there is no way you can social distance and walked out. Sorry but i won't be buying from this shop again. Surely they could make a bit of a effort to keep there customers safe. It must be bad even my 15 year old grandson said lets get out of here.

Doing the dreaded school shoe shop. We must have tried on 20 pairs of shoes each in 3 different sizes. The staff were very patient and helpful. Even the 3rd time we went back to try on the same shoes again!! Great shoe wear staff!

We went here yesterday so my son could buy some trainers with his Christmas money. We asked a young girl for another size, she was so rude, she didn’t actually speak to us she just grunted and snatched the shoe of us. For this reason we Bought his trainers from a another retailer a few shops down.

I wanted to buy a pair of if black trainers a few months ago, I asked a member of staff if he had the size, without looking he said was non of my size from the 3 different pairs I had. And then proceeded to banter with his colleague about his weekend before.

Visited the Broughton store todaywas very busy. Rachel on the till was very polite and quick she handled the situation very professionally felt bad for the lady on the other till as she had a very difficult customer who was being very unreasonable and she was doing the best she could 10/10 lady's keep up the good work

Great range of sportswear all at competitive prices.The car parking is free and plentiful. There is wheelchair access to the store, as well as blue badge parking very close by.
