Purchased a used watch from Adam at Robinson Jewellers.. Due to lockdown I was unable to visit the shop in person so the transaction was completed online/via phone. The watch was in fantastic condition, completely as described as was sent to me via next day delivery. Adam was very knowledgeable and knew the history of the watch. I would thoroughly recommend Robinsons and I will definitely use again.

Great experience purchasing a watch from Robinsons. I was in negotiations with Joe for a few days regarding part exchanging one of my watches, he made sure we both received a fair and a honest price. Friendly family run business and a good selection of antique jewellery also. Would definitely recommend

I had an amazing experience with them! I was looking for a specific watch and Joe supported and helped me without be pushing or annoyed from all my questions. He was also very fast and managed to ship the item in no more than 2 hours after I purchased it. I was very impressed from the kindness and professionalism of Joe that provided an outstanding customer service experience. I will definitely buy again from them.

They sized a 18k white gold engagement ring for me and I was very impressed with how professional and helpful the staff where. I got my ring back after a few days and wow they did a fantastic job and gave it a full service and clean. A+++++ will be visiting here again.
