All of the staff and vets (especially Zoe) have been amazing throughout our time of using them to look after our pets. We had to have our beloved dog put to sleep last week and they made the whole process bearable with their kindness and support not only to us but to our dog as well.

Wonderful vets surgery. Staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. Some parking to the rear of the property and access for wheelchair users. Pricing is fair too I feel

Very busy so had to wait a few days for an appointment, but it wasn't an emergency. Staff lovely, very helpful

(EDIT-This happened a couple years back and still hurts to this day) Whilst the receptionists and most other staff are lovely, I did have an awful experience. I booked in my cat to be put down. When I went, I asked for them to sedate her as the euthanasia needle is thick and I didn't want her last memory to be pain. The vet asked me if I wanted to stay in the room and I said I wouldn't want to die alone". He injected her with what i assumed was sedation in which she screamed in discomfort. I was then told me to leave the room. I thought it was to wait until she was asleep and bare in mind I was devastated. About 5 minutes later he came out with her wrapped in a towle

Covid safe (we waited outside till we were called), really prompt and really reasonable service charges. Warm friendly welcome from staff, patrons and their pets. Amazingly beautiful location. We took our Dubai Feral Mau StreetCat rescue, Shadow Cat too Putlands today for a check up for the 1st time. Maria, Shadow Cats physician, was really knowledgeable, empathetic and really understanding of both our concerns and put our minds at rest. We felt immediately that Shadow Cat was in safe hands. We thought Shadow Cat would be nervous and a bit grumpy like he normally has been but he took too Maria incredibly quickly like they were old friends and she made him feel at ease as she checked him over and treated him with a bespoke Feline health MOT and gave him a few paws full of healthy treats for being a good Cat. The advice she gave us was incredibly helpful and we were allowed too pay over the phone when we got Shadow Cat home. He's now really chilled out and happy after his trip too Putlands, snoozing in a sunny spot like a mini pan-fur. Putlands and Maria were amazing. Definitely a 10/10 from me, the wife & the Shadow Cat.

Many thanks to our special friends at putlands for taking such compassionate care of our fur baby Bobbie boy from the very first day we got him always there for us and bobbie throughout the whole of his life including the day he passed away when we had to do the kindest thing for him I stayed with him throughout took all the time i needed to say goodbye and cuddle him till he had gone such care and compassion thank you from the bottom of our hearts cath Rob and family xx A special thank you for always being there love Bobbie James xxx
