Still a building site after so many years. Road is always muddy by the developers offices.

New development with construction going on for few years now. There has been delays due to Kier being in administration and subsequently the pandemic. However, currently all work is going on quite busy and progress is quite quick in the final stage of the development.Streets are a bit muddy due to the construction, however it’s kind of expected given continuous work every day. And early buyers need to tolerate the mess as given the price or properties were not as high as the final stage.Customer service is not great but if you kindly and regularly follow up, they always help for your requests. The most important thing is to use the property as much as possible at first month and see any defects early. Then on site team is very prompt to help in the first month. Just stop by an employee of Kier and they help you quickly. For later issues, customer service is more official.Overall quality of the properties are good. Especially some homes come with relatively bigger front and back garden (compared to other new builds).Heating is quite economical and isolation of the properties are quite good.Neighbourhood seems nice people, working families predominantly.Traffic on the estate is reasonable with not much noise.Overall good development compared to other new build estates.

Worst

Me and my girlfriend moved into our house December 2019.We regret buying on this development as we have had nothing but problems ever since.Snagging issues have taken a year to complete, contractors never turning up, contractor swearing at me, communication from customer service is non existent.The road i live on is a mud bath 24 hours a day.I was told from the sales team that we wouldn’t be living on a building site which we basically are.

Tilia Homes have taken over Kier the previous developer but they are not any better than Kier. The construction has been taken ages to be finished despite them claiming for pandemic delay which is not true as they preferred to finish the buildings on the unoccupied side so they could sell them and get the put the money into their pocket.They should have finished the construction first where people had already settled so the council could have paved the road which they chose not to do it.it is a shame after living more than one years the area still doesn't look like a newly built area.P.S. The lady who has given 5 start review and gave such feedback should've be working for Tilia probably, IDK ?!
