My Dad and I were really looked-after at the recent 2-year service of his Suzuki Ignis with John Banks Suzuki. Absolutely top service from all members of staff, especially Gary and apprentice Guy, who gave us a lift to the city centre and back, whilst the car was being worked on.My Dad is elderly and was quite slow and poorly on the day, but nothing was too much trouble for the staff and he was treated respectfully, considerately and not rushed.It was a very professional service throughout. His car looked gleaming when we collected it, having been valeted and with tyres blacked. Everything was explained clearly to us at every stage. I cannot fault the service we received from John Banks Suzuki. Thank you all for your care - a proper job, well done!

Terrible experience. Bought a faulty second hand car with them, with a one year extended warranty. After a few months the car presented problems in the gear box. They have been fixing it for almost 3 moths now, and they always say it is going to be ready in the following week. Now my insurance was cancelled because of that and I still don't know when or if I'll have my car back. I would never spend another pound with this company.

Jon Banks is very professional from start to finish for my firstSuzuki Vitara service. Prior to handing over car David discussed any issues I have had in the year. I received a call to remind me of the service booking a slot as per my schedule was very easy. Very kind of David to arrange a car to drop me of to the amazing town centre and picked up on completion. I am using John Banks at Bury St Edmunds though residing in central London as I know I will get the best honest service for my car. My car was in service as soon as I reached. I had small issues with the car and was rectified without any payment though not part of the service. The car was cleaned and given back as soon as service completed. I trust John banks for their honesty and customer service. Very efficent and professional. I will continue to use their service for years to come as I trust them to do a good job. Very happy.
