I had a bad experience with Elitemicro when I worked at my last company. They tried overcharging us for everything and the customer service was awful. I found the owners attitude (Lee) one of the worst I've ever come across in all my years of dealing with suppliers. We ended up switching to a different company based in Leeds and it was only then did we realise the extent that Elitemicro had been ripping us off and not doing things properly.
