1 star more than they deserve. My wife and I were directed to Evolve when we were purchasing a new build property and from the very first conversation with them red flags were present. We ended up being assigned 3 different people to deal with our case over the course of our dealings with Evolve (more if you include dealing with colleagues when the person allocated to you ignores you) and none seem to talk to each other or record data, so it was like restarting to the whole application every time, which was extremely frustrating as we had a deadline to meet with the builder. Multiple times I asked them for all possible paperwork they may need so I could give them everything and they could find us a deal but it seemed they like to ask for one piece of paperwork at a time to delay the process. Once it was obvious that Evolce could not provide an acceptable service, I advised them I was looking for mortgages elsewhere and was told for new build properties on that estate

Paul was really helpful throughout our house purchase, often taking time out of his evening to fit in appointments with us, which was very much appreciated. He also went out of his way to speak to us personally when mortgage rates changed outside of our appointment time to make sure we were securing the best deal. We were able to secure a good deal despite a challenging climate and the completion process all went smoothly. Thank you for your patience and advice Paul, we will definitely use Evolve again in future!

Excellent service is all I can say! As first time buyers we had no clue what we were doing. Jason and his assistant Laura made the process easier especially since it was hard to find a mortgage company that would approve due to our circumstances. But, because of their help and reassurance we are now proud owners of our very own home! Very helpful, a balance of professionalism and caring and most of all very hard working! Kept us up-to-date with every step taken and process taken. Thank you so much Jason and Laura!

Extremely poor service and we are about to lose the house because of their incompetence and possibly fraudulent and discriminatory behaviour. We'll launch formal complaint with FCA and take legal action for the stress and financial loss. You should be ashamed.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish with everyone I dealt with. Sarah was our main point of contact and was absolutely outstanding.From the second I made contact with her she replied to all messages instantly, explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. The process was so quick and easy, and we were kept up to date at every single step.I cannot praise her highly enough or thank her for what she done. On top of this Sarah is such a lovely, friendly person and makes you feel like you can ask her anything and contact her any time, nothing was too much trouble.I will be using Sarah for every mortgage application in the future, she is amazing.f

Fantastic service! I’ve been amazed by the absolute amazing service we have had with EFS. Rob was super helpful with his mortgage advice and was only ever a phone call away along with his assistant Riley.Special shout-out to Saleah who has been absolutely fantastic and ever so helpful. Saleah has chased our solicitors for us, the buyers solicitors, the vender, you name it, she chased them and always phoned me back with an update. Saleah explained everything to us me in so much detail which has been so helpful as a nervous first time buyer. Honestly, I’ve never been so impressed. I cannot recommend Chris enough - he was very professional, polite and prompt throughout. I had a slightly unusual case but he went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and that everything was handled thoroughly and efficiently. I am very thankful for Chris and wouldn’t have been able to do this without him.

We instructed another company to act as a broker for us - the broker here cancelled the teams and didn't even email after we politely declined to use Evolve. Poor service

We could not have asked for more. Both Kate M and Zara M were fantastic. Our purchase (not a new build) was a difficult process as we had several problems in the chain, but Kate persisted, supporting us for 16months until we managed to complete.We had a scare when our initial extended mortgage offer expired and rates started going through the roof. Luckily Kate acted quickly to secure a new offer otherwise we would have been in an even tougher spot. All in all, a great experience with Evolve. I would recommend them.
