The driver arrived very quickly as this wasn't a booked journey, he was polite and friendly. He was already aware of road closures in my area, some taxi companies don't bother to check such things. The cost of the journey was reasonable, if not a bit cheaper than iur journey to the hospital. I was happy to give the driver a tip.

Pre booked my taxi and it arrived promptly. I arrived at my destination on time for my appointment so I was pleased with the journey. I have used Veezu a few times and been very happy with the service.

Used to use them every day. Last 2 weeks have let me down every morning. Late beyond the time given, drivers dropping out of jobs after they have accepted them. Price fir the same journey has gone uo by over a quid too. Feels like something has gone on in the company.

Taxi driver kept checking his phone whilst driving at speed on the Dronfield bypass causing me to be very concerned. Apart from that he was a friendly, chatty driver and I would have given him 5 stars if he hadn't kept checking his texts whilst driving.

In the outbound journey the driver wouldn’t stop complaining about not paying in cash. It is 2023. People prefer card. The return journey was pre booked but I received a call from the operator to say that the car was not pre-booked and that there was no ETA. Missed connecting train as a result. Thank god there is Uber in my city because the slowness and lack of efficiency is disappointing. My condolences to the people who must rely on this dated service. I will be getting the hell out of here and never coming back.

Brilliant driver. On time. Polite. Friendly. Super service and the app was easy to use to book and pay. First time using the service and found it better than Uber.
