I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from Shungite Plus and equally delighted with the customer service. As the size and finish of the crystal I wanted was temporarily out of stock, I was offered an alternative finish (unpolished) in addition to a second polished crystal in a smaller size, free of charge! How lovely was that! As if that wasn’t enough, when my order arrived there were 2 more free gifts to unpack!

Anyways, um... I bought a whole bunch of shungite rocks, do you know what shungite is? Anybody know what shungite is? No, not Suge Knight, I think he's locked up in prison. I'm talkin' shungite. Anyways, it's a two billion year-old like, rock stone that protects against frequencies and unwanted frequencies that may be traveling in the air. That's my story, I bought a whole bunch of stuff. Put 'em around the la casa. Little pyramids, stuff like that.

I returned shungite ES stickers (unopened) because they were the incorrect size.. I also found that they did not work for me anyway! Yuri who is the directer said he would repay me the money.. I sent him a copy of the post office receipt of sending. but he has not kept his word and he is not refunding the £11.99 (the cost of the stickers) despite a lot of corrrespondence on the subject.. I have had to conclude unfortunately that he is a dishonest man. Thank goodness it's not a larger sum!Ianthe
