Jack was really friendly and helpful and came out really quickly and explained everything to us. We had great correspondence about the issue before he arrived and even shared photos and videos of the flush mechanism and felt confident he’d be able to sort with the correct materials when he arrived - and he did! I used RG Austin to do some electrical work around the house and replace a shower mixer which included adjusting pipework and retiling a section of the shower. Overall, all work was done to a high standard and everything was communicated well. I have no problem recommending them.

On May 31, 2023, I had a garden tap installed. It wasn't a straightforward job, but Jack did the work and it was an excellent result.He was pleasant, polite and hardworking.I would never have known that he'd drilled holes to install the pipes. This was invisible except for the isolator switch in the cupboard.He consulted me as to where I'd like the tap and the isolator switch, taking note of the fact that I'm currently having slight difficulty in reaching things. So considerate!When he left, my house was clean, with no evidence of any work having been done.I'm really impressed with how this job was done and have no hesitation in recommending R.G Austin to people I know. I'll probably use them again myself!Much appreciated!

Had complete bathroom renovation, floor repairs and alterations carried out before new bathroom and shower units fitted, new towel radiators fitted, all work carried out to very high standard, all rubbish and old fittings removed from site. Highly recommended

I was really impressed with the speedy response and excellent standard of workmanship, as well as the fact that everything was left clean and tidy and what’s more the plumber took his shoes off on arrival!
