I met Sam today and had a chat about my treatment. A luvly lady who explained in great detail of what will happen. I look forward to my treatment.I felt very much at ease talking to Sam. WOW just had my first treatment and have a new set of eyebrows. Luisa is amazing and i feel fantastic. Luisa spent so much time asking me what i wanted and what a luvly lady. I feel fantastic and cannot praise her and Sam enough. Thank you

Luisa has done my eyebrows twice and I’ve been so impressed. She listens to what I like as well as uses her knowledge and experience to deliver exactly what suits! I’ve also seen Luisa to have thread veins removed which was really effective. She is friendly, makes me comfortable and is easy to talk to. Would highly recommend!

Luisa is the just amazing. So kind hearted and makes you feel at ease, talks you through the procedure and answers any worries you may have. The salon is located in lovely quiet surroundings and no worries about parking. I wouldn’t go or recommend any one else. Thankyou x

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, both Luisa and Sam made me feel reassured and welcome and both exude the confidence you want and expect when having semi permanent eyebrows. Very professional,friendly and the results are out of this world. From the first phone call to having the treatment I have been blown away, I only wish I’d done it years ago.

I never thought it would be possible to actually like my eyes !!! But since Luisa has got her hands on them it’s all changed. My eyes are hooded so I’ve always struggled to make them look good. Luisa tattooed my lower and upper eye lids ( no it wasn’t to painful as Luisa makes sure she’s on top of this ) plus I had micro blading to my brows as well. These lasted over 18 months and the eye lids haven’t even needed topping up yet ( over 2 years ) Luisa is so informative, confident and makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in the room till you leave. Sam her receptionist is a total diamond to. They always work with you to make appointments possible and the whole service is very friendly. Always love my experiences with these ladies. Luisa is a brow queen!I travelled from Plymouth to go to Luisa, after following her and seeing her amazing work. I wasn’t disappointed! Luisa is so professional and really listens to what you want. Her room was immaculate and the salon was welcoming. I’ve been back for my annual colour boost and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
