I have recently been to Dental Harmony for the first time, not expecting much since I am personally afraid of going to a dentist. However, I have had the most incredible experience going to Dental Harmony. I had three teeth filled and had my teeth hygiene done. I will most definitely go again with a smile.

Went for braces at the time I was 24 years old. They said I needed to fix my teeth first and then we can move to the next steps, promised about 2 years long process, after first 6 months I quit with this clinic, because in that 6 months I had maybe 4 appointments and the rest of the time doctors was on holidays, busy, very often late. It was huge waste of time from my perspective. This clinic never ever again.

Visited this clinic couple years ago. Doctor Inga treated my tooth. Two weeks after the filling fell out. I called and asked to fix it. The stuff was very polite. Another doctor(forgot her name) did filling again which still stays at place. I don’t go there though because dentist Inga said that she had proposed to do crown for that tooth (which she hadn’t )so that was my fault.

I had my treatment with this clinic not the first time. I have been coming here with my family for over 3 years. I was shocked at the behaviour of the receptionist, Justina. I required further treatment which were suppose to be booked for 90 mins. They require £50/- deposit non refundable if you do not cancel the appointment 48 hrs prior to making it. When asked to show the policy Justina failed to show. The written policy says 24 hrs. Which I have picture of too. I asked if I get contacted by NHS Test and Trace, would they consider refunding or moving the appointment she said no “We are humans and a private business, we don’t follow any consideration of COVID”.. “If you have temperature any COVID symptoms or been asked to isolate you loose ur deposit.” I have come in contact with so many other companies who are considerate of it cancellation relations to COVID but this is the only one who is making money on Covid related issues which are completely out of ones hand. COVID19 would check with you if you have an appointment with dental harmony so I will not infect you or anybody you are in contact with.Be very careful if you pay deposit to come and see them. I’m going to the complaint further as they have a different policy written down and they have different policy verbally. They just charge or refund the deposit depending on their convenience.

I've had a great experience with dental harmony. The treatment was swift, painless and professional. The front desk staff was also friendly and helpful helping me figuring out my insurance. The filling I received is unnoticeable even though its on my front tooth (a piece of which chipped off earlier this year). I can smile with confidence again and will certainly come back if any other problems arise!

Teeth straightening been told to take out three teethes. Receptionist neither doctor did not tell their names which already did not give much confidence with them on the first visit. The entire healing process has been written with a ballpoint pen and a simple paper. Missing professionalism and confidence orthodontic or receptionist, too little information is given for what you pay cash. They will not give you information until you ask or have to pay cash. The treatment here would have taken twice as long comparing to the other clinics.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The staff was great, very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and informative. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run practice. A fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

This is a good place for dental needs. On my 1st visit had to have a serious conversation with the receptionist, however she apologised citing language barrier as she said english wasn’t her 1st language and that she misunderstood me but we had our conversation, resolved the issue and moved forward. So all good.Coming to my dentist, D. Simkute, she was polite, knowledgeable and helpful and made the right and necessary recommendations and treatment. My teeth issue that I’ve had over a good year has now been finally fixed!Dental Harmony is a straight forward no frills clinic and I recommend them. If you speak Lithuanian, you’ll be at home as I suppose the clinic is owned and run by teams all from Lithuania. Fear not if you speak only english, you will do just fine.
