I had an incredible customer service experience at Showtbowl. I want to give a big shout out to Phoebie, who went above and beyond to ensure my son's football shirts were printed in time for his birthday celebration, despite the short notice. Despite me missing the original date I had booked for name printing due to delays with shirts ordered from another place, she happily accepted the order and swiftly organized everything, effectively communicating with the designer. Phoebie made me feel valued as a customer and possessed a can-do attitude. She was thorough and precise, explaining every detail and ensuring a seamless process. She even handled last-minute changes effortlessly. I highly recommend Showtbowl for both personal and commercial fabric printing services.

5 stars doesn't do the company justice, 6 or more easily! Dealt with Rich, who had excellent knowledge of equipment for younger hockey players. Great price on really good equipment. Speedy deivery. Could not be happier. Will definitely use Shotbowl again, customer for life!

The stock on the website is not linked to the actual stock they have.Made an order today for a pair of shoes, no indication that the website stock was not live, and it allowed me to purchase.Then get a phone call saying that it wasn’t in stock, I asked if anything else was available and the line was cut. Called back within seconds, informed the person I was speaking to had gone home. Full refund.Avoid.

The most fantastic sales team and bent over backwards to push an order through for our bowling club.
