This is the second time we have visited Homeright Bathrooms to make a purchase and place an order. We have found Dave to be both helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products and listening to our requirements. We are waiting for the building works to be completed so we can order the remaining showerroom items.

I bought a bathroom from here a few months ago. As I was clueless took a lot of advice from Dave who helped me choose the new suite, tiles etc. What i finally bought is excellent quality and looks absoulutely fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased with it. Numerous friends and visitors have commented on how great it looks. They also recommended someone to fit it who was fantastic and did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Very friendly and great service. Would definitely recommend.UPDATEwhile Dave in the showroom was great, the rest of the experience did not live up to the initial impression. Job took almost twice as long as quoted, perhaps due to the fitters generally only working 5 hours a day? After having to get them back several times for snagging" (which included connecting hot water pipe to cold tap!) job was finally completed and guarantees issued (even then the expiry dates were wrong on the first version) several weeks beyond schedule."

Although initial installation was excellent, owner does not stand by his lifetime guarantee, grout cracking on floor tiles, causing grout to come out, gaps in silicon sealant, when I called in he said how long ago was work done, should that matter with a lifetime guarantee ?, it was only 3½ years ago, taking into account we've had a lockdown & couldn't have anyone in our homes for over 12 months or go out, he wasn't interested, just as well I'm good at DIY, so I'll just do repairs myself, which is a pity as he could have had at least 2 jobs from people who have seen my bathroom & were amazed at the quality of the refurbishment, but won't use him now because of attitude.

This is a little gem of a tile and bathroom warehouse, tucked away behind Taskers long Lane. Really helpful, pleasant guy in there sorted everything out, couldn't be more helpful. Way better than battling through the sheep in B+Q and Taskers is now an ornaments store, don't bother!
