great vets and they really take care of our dog, the reception staff are amazing i always have a good laugh with them, as long as im not home late for my dinner

This has been the worst experience of my life.My mum called months ago to ask what it is that we need to travel by car with our dog. The receptionist, who was absolutely useless, only mentioned a travelling document that costs £150. When my mum got to the vet today, they told her that my dog needs the anti rabies 22 days before travelling and there is no way to issue a travelling document without it.Both my mum & sister explained that the receptionist never mentioned the anti rabies, the vet even found the recorded phone call & yet they did absolutely nothing about it.Our plane tickets are already bought and my parents were travelling with my dog for my wedding.Great way to ruin a special occasion .Would not recommend this place!!!!

Please do not use this veterinary practice. I have had nothing but terrible experiences with them, from the reception staff, the wait times and the veterinary practitioners. I moved to a new vets following their failure to diagnose my cat with a gunshot injury which had punctured his intestine, despite him being admitted in their care for 4 days, and almost resulting in him losing his life. Unfortunately I had to return out of hours recently as my new vets was closed, and again they misdiagnosed a blocked bladder issue which then became critical within 12 hours and required emergency treatment which could have been avoided had they carried out the appropriate checks. I have been waiting over a month for them to acknowledge and respond to my complaint. Use Wylie's if you need an out of hours hospital - it's 100% worth the small extra expense.

Offer evening appointments even during weekends which is helpful for busy professionals. Plenty of parking available. Main issue is that you have to climb a good number of steep steps and didn’t help with the lift out if use. Will pose a challenge when accompanied by elderly or really sick pets who probably needs to be carried.

Amazing hopsital.This was a while ago, but my dog caught parvovirus, and was extremely poorly. Unfortunately I thought I was going to lose her as she was inly 5 months old. She had no energy whatsoever ever.She didn't eat or drink for 6 days, constant dirreah, and vomiting clear saliva. They were wonderful they injected my dog with the right fluids she needed so that she didn't dehydrate, and they put all the protein inside of her. Although she did lose loads of weight. When she finally ate and got sent home was the best thing ever. She was back to being herself in no time, and libely as anything. Thank you for saving my dOg! I really do.t know what i would have done without use! Just amazing and very professional. Her names Willow black and white cockerspaniel

This place is amazing. ALL the staff are very nice and caring, from the ladies on reception to the nurses and vets. Lovely place, and I highly recommend it. It's never nice taking your pet to the vets, but my dog happily walks back into this place, even after she has just had an operation stay.Fair prices, too.Well done to all.

From my point of view.. this place is not organised at all. You have appointment at 5 and you see the doctor at 7. I understand that there are emergencys .. but I was there 2 weeks ago with my puppy and there was someone with an very sever vomiting dog..they were an imediat emergency in my eyes..in 1 hour the dog threw up at least 20 times.but I heard them saying they were waiting for 2 hours for someone to see them.. I mean.. to me this is heartless. I am giving the 3 stars feedback only because they have very good doctors at least the one who took care of my puppy. He is the best !!
