YOHO - Student Accommodation

Amazing student accommodation. I didn't feel disappointed upon my arrival to a completely new place. The location is very convenient as it is within the city centre. The rooms are even better than the pictures. Hygiene is very well maintained throughout the whole building. The staff at the reception are very friendly and they're always willing to help. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is unfamiliar with Leicester.

Amazing accommodation. Everything is worth the price. The room is spacious and beautiful. The cleaning services are amazing. And the people living there are really nice. Alse the bin room is in such a nice place and properly ventilated so no smell. Very lovely

Been in Leicester for 3 years and this is by far the best student accommodation I've lived in, receptionists are super helpful, nice and friendly especially Sara and Kylie. The room look bigger than the pictures online. This place is so nice I have already rebooked for next year.

Home sweet home!!I live in the biggest home in YOHO, it is wonderful！The staff here are very enthusiastic. Although there are some minor problems with the new house, they try their best to help us solve them in time.I am quite satisfied with the choice of this student accommodation!

I can’t recommend anyone booking at YOHO. The wifi here is inconsistent and painfully slow. We’ve had whole weekends without internet connection here.Residents of YOHO, including myself, have been complaining about the quality of the wifi for over a year and still nothing has been done about it. I have missed multiple deadlines for my course due to this internet problem which is frustrating due to the high cost of rent.I advise you to book somewhere else if you’re thinking about living here next year.

This is the most convenient accommodation, I have ever had in Leicester. Good ambiance and all the rooms are the studios. This place is very private and this is a brand new accommodation so it may be some issues but all the staff is really helpful, they will help you as soon as possible, I love them. I recommend that who wants a private room or near the city center and not far from the university, you should keep this accommodation on your list.

lovely place to stay in for students, the rooms are nice and comfy, the staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of the city making it very convenient to travel around. People that live here are nice and friendly. I recommend this place

I really enjoyed myself here. Sarah is amazing and is always there and responsive when you need her. She has made my stay so enjoyable. Thank God for her. The maintenance guy Tony is so helpful and kind, he has been so helpful to me and is very efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure i settled in very well, especially the help with my TV and painting.

I don’t leave many reviews but I had to!! This is by far the worst experience I have had with any student accommodation. I booked a premium studio in early July, I wanted almost 1 week to sign my tenancy documents and finalise my booking, I tried to contact them however it is very difficult to reach anybody!! However I emailed and got a response saying they did not receive my refund, after waiting 1 week they had told me this and I was not aware my accommodation had not even been reserved, I did in fact pay my deposit, which was already one of the first red flags. During my booking process I was also told all premium studios would be on high floors, however when I came to finally about to sign my tenancy agreement I read I would be on the first floor, which is very much false advertisement, and it was the main things that enticed me into booking in the first place with the promise I would be on a high floor, however when I saw this I wanted to cancel as it was not what I signed up for. It is now currently coming up to the next academic year, and I still have not booked an accommodation, because crm students have kept my deposit money and because of this I have not been able book another accommodation as it is the only deposit money I had!!! I cancelled within the 14 days of booking which means I was entitled to a refund , but now they are not responding back to my emails and you can’t even get through to them via phone calls. The vibes I get from this business is very unprofessional very unorganised and I would not recommend any students booking with them, some of the staff I have dealt with were also rude and nonchalant, I have been scammed of my deposit money and they refuse to give it back, they are always making excuses they are having problems with their system the most silliest organisation I’ve ever dealt with, I will be taking this issue further until I get my money back from these thieves!!
