Excellent estate agent service, they sold our property in lots and secured a very quick sale. We had been trying to sell our property for sometime with other estate agents who weren’t as effective.

Complete shambles of an estate Agent, lied to us and no communication. Has cost us a small fortune jumping through hoops then panicked when he realised we are serious claiming a last minute offer has been accepted without even informing us. Caused massive upset to my family and left us potential homeless.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, great food and they are well organised for coping with current restrictions. Free activities at their other hotel, Peebles Hydro

Absolutely pathetic service. We we lied to from the onset. Rod wouldn't get back for up to a month at a time. Carried out useless work for over inflated prices without permission. Incidentally nothing materialaliaed with anything that he said he had done. Sorry excuse of an Estate Agent and I would keep away real nightmare of a man. He would phone up every 3 to 4 months and say how much did you pay for your property originally and did this for years.

Failed to keep me up to date with property information

Worst company ever had to deal with in 10 years working as a property developer, The MD has lied to me time after time this week, totally unprofessional, they check nothing, make excuses, blame everyone else and totally useless.From leaving wrong keys under bins on completion day! Getting me to drive roubd trips of 60 miles 4 times for absolutely nothing ,Only time in 10 yeats of buying 3 or 4 houses a year a company thinks this is acceptable to leave keys under a bin by a neighbour then not even doing it! Then Changing locks , then not suppling correct keys for new locks, broken boilers , no electricity, no checks carried out prior to completion , water running in property, windows left open for months ,not Turing up for viewings, lying on many occasions, this company should be closed down, please do yourself a favour and use absolutely anyone else to buy or sell as this company are beyond useless. Avoid at all costs.My solicitor, lawyer , mortgage broker and insurance broker have all been involved in this and all said almost daily how unbelievable and terrible this company is!
