Due to difficulties working with Steve, we engaged another architect to take us beyond the planning permission phase. When I asked Steve to provide the CAD files, although he has these, he has refused to provide them. Very petty.When it comes to the plans he created, Steve advocated for a far more conservative set of plans than we needed and tried to convince us that local planning would reject some elements. Ultimately, we spoke to the local planning team ourselves, found they were amenable to our proposals, and permission was granted.

I've had the pleasure of working with Steve and Jane on a number of projects now and can't praise them highly enough. Their brilliant design skills, meticulous attention to detail, fantastically approachable nature and consistently positive can do" attitude really set them apart. Recommended!!"
