Our move was not a normal move. We were moving a second hand kitchen with all the worktops, appliances and units from storage to our house. I was concerned about them being able to do the move particularly the quartz worktops but they assured me that they would be able to do this. The guys doing the move were really great and very careful with the move especially considering the weight of the items. Upon arriving at the house one item was damaged, but they admitted to this a Keith the owner came round straight away to see what had happened. They agreed to pay for the damage and with the help of a local firm everything had been fixed in 4 days. I have to say that the service was great and very professional. My view is that customer service is determined by how a company respond with issues and based on how they dealt with us I've given a 5 star rating.

If I can give this company a minus 100 ⭐️ I would but the one thing I can do is give you an honest review and a BIG WARNING to anyone intending to use them.It’s a family run company. When the owner Keith Harvey came to give me a quote, he seemed professional and knows what he’s talking about, well presented and polite. Well don’t be fooled because he’s a shady crook who’s threats stopped me from writing a review because he knew where I live and now that I’ve moved I can at last warn you about this unprofessional company and it’s abusive men who you would not trust them with a piece of tissue.Their quote arrived and the only two reasons why I chose them is first because the insurance on my stuff was much higher than the other companies and second because they were cheaper by £200. Big mistake.I will give you a brief rundown of what happened. The packers packed my stuff in a way that until today i still cannot find my computer wire and cannot use it and that’s one in hundreds of missing things. They put it in their storage and two weeks later they delivered it to my brand new property. However I only got half my stuff back because they forgot my other half of my house back in London and I’m in Norfolk and my stuff is in Essex. All my things where filthy stained dirty and the most upsetting broken. When they tell you you’re insured they are lying because instead of replacing the broken furniture he sent me threats. I had to wait another week to get my other half of the house which was in a worse condition. They abused me verbally because I said it is in the agreement to reassemble stuff. Well after he gave me a few abusive words he sellotaped my sons wardrobe together and left. We didn’t see it until he was gone.These people are aggressive, rude and have definitely no clue of what they’re doing. They buy me a bouquet of flowers to shut me up but will the bouquet pay for all the broken things?That’s my honest opinion and I am so obliged to warn every person out there to be careful and to see documentation about insurance covers etc.. also check if they are a member of the movers association which is really important. Don’t be fooled by their immaculate image and the writing pads because it’s all a gimmick to get your trust. Good luck.

Professional , Courteous. The right choice made. Were very flexible with moving requirements split over 2 days. Staff were nice and friendly and knew what they were all doing. Thank you very much Keith and co.

We were delighted with Monarch. They were so flexible with our ever changing move date, provided us with plenty of move materials without question and worked so hard to pack our belongings and safely transfer to our new home. It was an exhausting move process on a really hot day but they were professional throughout. Can't praise them enough. Thank you.

Keith was so professional as my previous removal firm let me down Keith brought the boxes to me the same day they came bright and early on moving day the team where careful and moved us into our new home with no issues and the boys where polite I would recommend them to everyone x
