Prestige Student Living The Tramshed

Reminds me of Amsterdam and a song by the Police ! never again ! And am still awaiting my deposit back the place could be maintained a lot better also.! Better value elsewhere! Also a member of staff had the audacity to use a referral code when I moved in and i do not even know them !!! ?? There was no damage to any of the walls it was left just as it was when I moved in!! Bear in mind security is not manned after certain times of the evening also at the front desk ??? Leaving an empty desk and chair ! This is private accommodation not UCLAN this made me feel unsafe. Also the main door to my block was always open and our main flat door was also open ?? both reported to health and safety so they eventually replaced the door access to the flat after several weeks ! as anyone could have walked in !!!

I’ve lived here since September and plan to live here again next year. The staff are so lovely and always go above and out of their way to make sure we feel welcomed through doing things such as chocolate foundations, pizza and Prosecco days and pancakes recently on pancake Tuesday. The rooms are very nice and good quality for money. If anything is ever broken it’s fixed as soon as we let them know. Would highly recommend as both staff and students are so nice and it’s a good environment to meet loads of new people

Upon arrival many things in my gold en-suite room were broken or stained such as the toilet seat, chairs or outlets. Additionally, items outside my dorm such as cupboard doors, lifts, door handles or even the building door often break despite being 'fixed' recently. The bathroom drainage is poor and many people have had this problem. They don't offer assistance when the laundry is down because it's an 'outside' company. Lastly, if there is a problem with your flat where you need to be moved they are very reluctant to offer any assistance. Do not recommend, very poor quality experience for the price paid.

Lived here since September 2021, amazing accommodation and staff, Olivia, Vanessa and Gaz are always very helpful and kind. Always lots of events planned and events for students to take part in! Couldn’t recommend more.

Very good accommodation- been here from September 2021 and always felt welcome. Staff at reception always willing to help and can always help when in need. Any problems within any rooms are quickly sorted my maintenance. Great common room area with a pool table, dart board and TV for anyone. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Amazing place! Lived here for 2 years, only left due to graduating. The staff are so welcoming and the rooms are great, such a good price too. Would recommend to everyone :)

Great place to live in for the last two years. Everything is great and the staff are really easy to get along with. I've enjoyed living here as it's in a great part of the city, and the fact that the building is quite well-maintained. The maintenance is quick and easy and I've rarely ever had problems with it. Additionally, the staff are nice and friendly, making this experience a great one overall. It's a shame I'm no longer a student because I'd have liked to stay here for a little longer - the convenience is excellent. Big fan of the place and I highly recommend it over other accommodations in Preston.

Love this place, was greeted with a welcoming smile by Lauren and Olivia the receptionists. The rooms are well managed and felt like home when I moved in. If I ever have problems I know I can go to the reception and it will be sorted. We asked for a dart board and new pool balls and they were ordered on the spot. The common room is a good place to socialise. Highly recommend moving in. It’s right in the heart of Preston.

Last year we have booked our accomodation in Tramshed Preston and paid the deposit fee. Without informing us, they cancelled the accomodation . Last minute with lot of hustle and pain we booked our accomdation at other place. Still Trmshed haven't refund the deposit amount.More than a year , lot of calls, emails follow-up, no proper action.I don't have choice to give less than 1 star. Else i would choose that. They went and cancelled with our confirmation and still keeping student deposit money. Wondering is this the standard of Tramshed? Or its finance team?

I spent my first year at Uni here and I always felt well accommodated, the staff are very helpful and I would recommend Tramshed to anyone.
