Very happy to have made the decision to join Impact Futures. The onboarding, training and ongoing support is first class.

Initial communication was good but then when I requested for more information there was no response back

Over the past 4 months, I've been working with Kirsty Taylor, who has provided me with the out-most support any student could have asked for. She has been very professional and has kept on top of all of our meetings and deadlines. She has motivated me to do my best throughout her time with me and literally made my time on the course much easier. Thank you Kirsty.

Impact Futures have been agonising to work with as a learner.Firstly my end assessment was delayed by over 6 months because of staffing problems. I was then told I had failed my apprenticeship - because this company failed to send any of the evidence I spent 12 months working on. I am still awaiting a resolution.Impact Futures should not be responsible for anyone's education until major operational issues are solved.

I don't know what to say.Disappointed, frustrated, angry...I was doing lead in health and social care" from 08/03/21 which I finished last year.And I'm still begging my assessor (Angela Jackson) till very this day to sign me off

Impact Futures do not really value people.

If I could I wouldn't even grace these guys with one star. They refused to accept my GCSE results that I had achieved in 1989. The way you got results back then was you got an initial slip from the examination board. My mother had been amazing and managed to find this original paperwork. I used this to get a place at university in 2006 to study human biology you can't get a place without proof of English and maths GCSE. Yet when I gave this to impact futures they point blank refused to accept it. Good enough for Ruskin college Oxford University and Brookes University but not Impact futures. As midland examination board no longer exists it would cost me £53 to replace these certificates. Not impressed with impact futures lack of understanding of people like me who studied over 30years ago and how things are different now and the difficulty of having original certificates. I told them.i was not willing to pay 53 quid just to prove something that was already proved snd also not willing to have to repeat math and English functional learning to do an apprenticeship with them and gave my formal withdrawal. They didn't even have the decency to respond and offer any sort of apology. Useless.
