Have been attending the club for over 10 years now . With guidance and working hard I am now a black belt 1st dan and junior instructor . The students and coaching staff are all great and work hard and it’s a team effort . One of the main things you will notice if you attend a class is that there are no big egos and everyone works together as a team no matter what the ability . Everyone has to start some where and no one is left out . If you have ever fancied kickboxing give EHMAA a try . You won’t regret it .

The academy is absolutely first class. My boys previously went to another academy and were on the verge of quitting kick boxing until they started with EHMAA. They absolutely love it now and have made so much progress in the skills and sparring. The coaching is top class and the kids really do get individualised coaching to aid their progress. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone at any level, from beginners to the highly experienced. Keep up the good work.

This local community kickboxing club promotes the importance of taking a hobby and offers lifestyle coaching and embeds the importance’s of maintaining a healthy lifestyle physically but also heavily supports mental and emotional wellbeing.Through a welcoming community club you gain long life skills developing self defence and improving fitness levels. Owner of club Emil like most of the younger students started of as a young child and has given back his love of the sport to his local community heavily supported by head coach Simon who shares the same passion as Emil offering a level of individual support trailered to your needs.Over the years I have watched members start whom struggle with weight, mental health and confidence issues who use this club as a support aid.It’s been a honour over the years to see how a community has come together developing strong friendships which is well known within the club as a second family.

This is a well run professional club that teaches not just a martial art but how to be best at what you have. The atmosphere is family friendly and caters for the young and the old like myself.It’s great for self esteem, confidence building and general all round mental and physical well being and a great opportunity to make new friends.

My kids have trained here for almost 8 years now and love it! It's a club where everyone is involved and has a real family feel about it.The coaches teach them martial arts at a fantastic level, but they also focus on the importance of discipline and health as well.Its a really family friendly place and everyone is always made to feel welcome and to be part of the club straight away.Cant recommend highly enough if you want somewhere for your kids to build a multitude of life skills.

My son has been going for almost 10 years, I went for about 3 years but due to work commitments had to leave. My son loved the junior classes but has now moved on to adult classes. The head coaches and staff are brilliant with children and adults. Not just martial arts training but also mutual respect. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve attended the academy for 9 months and my 2 kids for the past 6 months. We’ve all loved being part of the club. The coaches are top class, the sessions work on everything from techniques, fitness through to sparring for competitions to working on self defence in real life situations. The kids confidence has grown massively and helped them improve in other sports they do. Give it a go, you’ll love it!
