The Hub New Mills

Had the Daith Piercing a couple of months ago. I found the hub very well kept, clean and professional. Great advice on keeping my ear clean and I have had no issues at all. I had the piercing to try and control my headaches, which I have suffered with all my life. It has helped an great deal, I would really advise anyone who is thinking of having a piercing to visit the hub.

Had my ears pierced for 3 areas.They were very professional thoughtful and empathetic throughout.I struggle with skin allergies, poor healing and keloid. Therefore I had to return today for help. I was seen within 30/60 minutes of me calling, given a new piercing and solution and only took a couple of pounds as payment.Amazing service and aftercare would definitely recommend.

Due to my midlife crisis i wanted a piercing. But since i know as much about it as a modern politician about telling the truth... I needed research. And that lead to chat with lady that does piercings. We had about 20 minutes chat in which she explained it to me in plain English. Making sure i know everything that needs to be know. Answering all my questions. Being polite and showing patience to me. And i knew i will have my first piercing with her.Today was the day and it took about 5 minutes? She helped me choosing what exactly i wanted. Since when i have too many choices im lost and don't know what to do. And then was really quick and unexpected piercing. Chatting chatting chatting, she says Im in your nose now... My eyes went wet but that was it. Quickly and efficiently. And done with such perfection that helped me make decisions about another piercings i will have. Here. With her. Because i know she takes every step to make sure im healthy and safe during procedure.Nose done so what next? Probably eye brow. Just need another day off.Woul love to give all the stars i can reach to her. And her service. And just positive attitude. But onoy can give 5.

Visited The Hub this evening to give my feet a treat. Absolutely fantastic experience and feet feel a million dollars after Caroline worked her magic. Great value for money and warm friendly welcome. Fantastic place, highly recommended.

Had the best spray tan ever! Was feeling a little pale after our rubbish summer so wanted a glow to go on a work trip/holiday with to the south of France. Had the express tan and it was just perfect! Felt lovely and glowy, and it looked so real! Loved it! Thankyou

It’s always a pleasure to visit the Hub as you know that you are going to have a laugh with the wonderful team as well as a first class personal service. This last visit went beyond that. I happened to mention to the lovely Ann that my shoulder was giving me a lot of pain. She offered to take a look and finding the problem suggested a form of acupuncture. Having had experience of this treatment before I gladly accepted. After a couple of well placed needles in my shoulder area and a little careful massaging I went away feeling much better. A few hours later I was completely pain free. That’s service. Can’t fault this place and always look forward to visiting. Thank you Ann and Caroline. You’re the best xx

I visited the Hub for a massage with Martin on the 2/12/23. I had a really good massage & felt very relaxed & at ease in his capable hands! I really needed the treatment and felt so much better for it afterwards. It was the first time I'd had a massage by a man in about 10 years but instantly felt at ease. The room was lovely too & nice and warm on what was such a bitter day! Thank you Martin & the Hub!

My husband treated me to a deep cleansing facial and pedicure. My facial with Ann was fantastic and she immediately put me at ease. Next was my pedicure with Caroline, my feet are lovely and soft and I love the nail polish. Both ladies made me feel relaxed. In fact I loved it so much I immediately booked in for a manicure with Caroline and a massage with Ann online.
