Booked Craig as my mums toilet was constantly running resulting in a ridiculously high water bill. She is 91 and thought it was normal. Craig and his partner attended very quickly and fixed on the spot. They were lovely to mum and I would be happy to use them again and recommend to others

Had my boiler serviced by this company a few days ago. Job completed to usual high standards. If you want a company who are reliable, punctual and friendly then this is the one. Top class service throughout. Would recommend to family and friends.

Had them in for for a few jobs doing in one go. Needed a new boiler but wanted it in a new location also had 3 new rads and a full kitchen plumb. Wow this lad can fit a boiler! Such a neat job and his work ethic is fantastic. Was happy to work around other trades and kept his work areas a lot tidier than the others! Excellent price, excellent quality work, quick but does not lack in quality at all and a very nice bloke. Could do with singing lessons but a joy to have work in our home, would 100% reccomend them.

Had problem with boiler. Loud noise when heating turned on,Craig was recommended to me.I rang him and he came the next day,identified the problem and ordered a new replacement fan. He completed the job as soon as the new fan arrived. All sorted. Would recommend Applethwaite Heating,Craig offered a quick,friendly,reliable service. I had previously been let down so was glad of his help

Shocking.. doesn’t turn up, doesn’t reply to messages, doesn’t answer phone calls, doesn’t pay the electricians after installation either(Andy) and just leaves you hanging.. if I could give less than one star I would

What a lovely guy came out next day between Christmas and New year to mend boiler and a week later my gas fire a service he is friendly and and doesn't leave any mess he cleans up after himself.i found him reasonably priced and doest rip you off will definitely use him again
