What an amazing experience purchasing my first Jaguar F Pace R Sport AWD from Listers Solihull. Carl Chambers was a true gent and made the purchase from start to completion seemless. The car required some prep prior to collection which was a challenge as I needed the car to go on our holidays. Carl didn't let me down as everything was done in 4 days to include sidesteps fitted and a complete wheel refurb. The car looks like a new car in Santorini black. Absolutely delighted with the F Pace. This was a real pleasure with purchasing the Jag, one very happy customer. Thanks for the excellent service Carl and Listers for providing a quality vehicle.

Although I didn't end up buying a Jaguar I couldn't find anything negative to say about Jaguar and Listers Jaguar Solihull. Adam was extremely helpful and I almost felt bad choosing a different brand due to the amazing service I received from him during the test drive and shopping process. In the end, I decided to go with another brand only due to the shorter wait for new cars.I'll definitely be going back when my current PCP is ending.

I feel that i received a good service from Jaguar Solihull. I first spoke to Adam who was really helpful and discussed my options really well. I then spoke with Carl when needing a test drive which was really good. Throughout the process of buying my car i have received very good customer service. and i LOVE my car.

Excellent service from start to finish. There was a delay in delivery of my new car but I was kept fully updated on progress and it was worth the wait. Adam the salesman was particularly good, very personable, not pushy and always did what he said he would. No hesitation in recommending.

Great Service.. Had to book my car in unexpectedly, I was unfortunately left without a courtesy car due to none being available, it has been an extremely tough week for me, however I just want to thank the lads that worked on it and despite the amount of work required they turned it around in a week, a huge thank you to Darren and Matt the Manager for being so understanding and providing me with daily updates.. I am extremely grateful as I felt totally helpless without my car! Looking forward to returning soon for my upgrade!

I contacted James of Listers Jaguar Solihull on Saturday morning after the Jaguar dealer I bought my XESport from failed to offer any meaningful support, when I had I problem with the cars heated rear screen.Contacting James at 11am Saturday morning, he arranged for a Jaguar technician to attend at my house that same morning with the problem diagnosed and resolved by 1.30pm.Can’t thank James enough for arranging the speedy resolution.
