I had a HORRIBLE experience in this shop. The staff were extremely rude to me and my teen sister. I do not think it is at all professional nor appropriate to call a teen who is size 12 or 10 FAT. Absolutely appauling experience for a teen to be traumatised this way.

Great experience, my sister initially recommended Diamante as she bought her prom dress from here. I needed a dress for my friends wedding and the staff were fantastic & helped me pick the perfect outfit Goya dress! So pleased with the service, would recommend for prom or high end evening wear

Brought my daughter here today for a last minute prom dress. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the lady who helped us, but she was fantastic. Immediately knew which dress would flatter my daughter, and it was the one we came away with. Brilliant, friendly service

today i went and got my prom dress. I cannot say anything bad about the dress or the shop. The owner was welcoming and lovely, complimenting the dress and the way it looked, and genuinely looked happy watching me in the different dresses, and looking at different styles, they had a range of different sizes and all different dresses and colours. The shop was lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a dress.

We visited today to look for a Prom dress for my daughter. The lady who helped us was amazing. She recommended dresses that we may not have considered, but they were all perfect and brought smiles to our faces. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
