YogaBellies Worcestershire
I joined Yogabellies as I turned 12 weeks pregnant and attended weekly until 39 weeks. This was an hour of blissful me time, and an opportunity to bond with my growing bump, and make a friend or two. The modified practice for pregnancy was fantastic, and something that I really looked forward to! Dani was very supportive and provided weekly affirmations, advice and labour tips and tricks. Yoga was invaluable in my birth toolkit, which I relied heavily upon during phase 1 of labour.I am so excited for Mum and Baby yoga!Thanks Yogabellies!

Danielle is so friendly and welcoming. Any pre class nerves go as soon as you walk through the door. Classes are also super fun and relaxed :)
