Not a great experience at all and I left feeling very disappointed, unhappy and like I’d been ripped off. The person who started doing my nails wasn’t even a nail tech and was applying glue all over my skin and it didn’t even adhere properly. They wouldn’t shorten them how I kept requesting and would sigh rudely. The application was really thick and the base colour wasn’t right at all. Haven’t had an experience this bad before. First and last time.

I really like this place. I've had shellac done here 3 times and each time I've been happy with the result. I think they are very reasonably priced. The staff are quite friendly.The only complaint I have is that when it gets busy in there they will switch staff during your appointment. Meaning you'll start with one person doing your nails and end up with someone else entirely finishing them. It's not ideal really because it ends up being quite rushed.But overall, I've been happy with the colours and application. I would recommend this place.

Painted the nails myself.The nails have been on about a week now and still looking and feeling lovely.Other than the technician not being very talkative the experience was ok.

Worst experience.I got my nails done from there. I said to them that I really don’t have much knowledge about the nails as it was my 2nd time to get my nails done. And they did the worst service. I think they just took benefit of my innocence. They asked me to dry my nails under a hand dryer for 30 minutes. And the nails started coming off within 3 days and they just hurt my thumb it literally bled and was really hurting. And I was surprised when my nails started coming off literally on 3rd day

I had visited previously and had good service. Not sure if different team but my daughter and I both had pedicures and we were very disappointed. My daughter was left with chunks cut out of the sole of her foot that looked very painful. I had very rough skin left on my feet and gel paint on the skin. My technician was abrupt and didn't do a good job. I won't be going back.

Regular Acrylic Nails Customer - Been coming for years. Always an amazing service and friendly staff. Attention to detail and nothing is ever too much trouble. Today I added a pedicure to my normal monthly nails and I couldn’t be happier with both treatments.

My first time having SNS nails on my natural nails. So pleased with the result. Will definitely be returning. Hannah and her colleagues were so welcoming. They also make a big effort to keep the salon clean.
