I always shop here daily. good old fashion service even in these difficult times .Being a member get some great offers.So not as expensive as people think.Been giving great service for years in my area

Great range of items. Store was well presented, clean and not too busy. Staff were polite and friendly. Everything you need for the kitchen.However the prices do seem to increase nearly daily which is quite questioable. But, it does look like a lovely neighbourhood until I seen 3 cop cars speeding to the next road for someone assaulting, they were put in jail.I only moved here 2 days ago god dang.

The staff is great, shopping is always a pleasure in there. Membership card sometimes is letting you to save few quid. My favourite thing from this shop is bread with olives. Nice decorations for the coronation and other celebrations. Bonus being Yodel parcelshop.

Have been using the co-op Hawthorne rd for 20yrs now,it is conveniently located,small car park,but has disabled spaces close to the door. Staff are local,knowledgeable and very friendly. With the co-op deals too,it is the 'go to' supermarket in the area.

Great selection of food items to choose from including fresh fruit and veg. If you are in a bind and no large supermarkets nearby then this place will do the job. Just know prices on par or more expensive than the larger supermarkets or your local Nisa.Also have amazon locker outside and they usually take collect plus orders too.Carpark to the left hand size and a good size for the store.Also has a clothing bank for the salvation army. Altough I find it gets regular usage so gets full often.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My mom shops here regularly and i too have shopped here alone and with her. Today, 5th August my mom went shopping here with a basket of stuff to buy when the security guard and a very rude female member of staff quickly approached my mom mid way through shopping stating she needs to leave as she's barred. My mom obviously confused and shocked at this said I've never been barred I shop here alot you must have the wrong person. They dismissed everything my mom said and forced her to leave infront of alot of customers. She was left very upset and embarrassed. I'm disgusted at how my mom was treated, like she was scum who was stealing. She's never done anything like that in her life. She made a complaint to head office due to this. The staff there need to remember who they barr because my mom was NOT one of them. Absolutely disgusting
