Wanted to buy RAM for an iMac. Insisted that he couldn't sell me the RAM that he would have to fit it for me as he couldnt give me warranty otherwise. I was told that because it was difficult to fit and that the screens were prone to cracking h would have to charge me another €500 for a new screen (that wasn't broken yet). Buyer beware.
