Called LAK refrigeration to come and have a look at our freezer as suddenly stopped getting cold enough. Came out to see us quickly, really helpful and polite and was a simple issue in which the advice was spot on and problem was resolved straight away. Cannot fault service would 100% return should we need further support with our fridge freezer. Thank you so much!!!

Brilliant - fridge 2 years old, noisy & not cooling, called up & was with us within the hour, on a Saturday morning too. Diagnosed & fixed quickly, no hassle whatsoever. Couldn't be more pleased, had we waited for Russell Hobbs customer service to sort something, I'm sure we would have been waiting days.Thoroughly recommended, honest, reliable & quick service. Our integrated fridge/freezer stopped working. We contacted Mitch during a very busy time for him and he came out to have a look. Thought it needed regassing but turned out it needed a new compressor. All fixed in a short time and saved on buying a new one. Would highly recommend.

This is 5 stars all day long. A friend owns an ethnic food store in fratton. One of her big fridges stopped cooling. This lovely chap came out the next morning and diagnosed the fault. No call out charge. He explained exactly what the problem was and how to repair it. On a commercial fridge it required a lot of work however he repaired it really quickly.I'd highly recommend this guy. Very knowledgeable, great at his job, with service second to none.

Called this guy as Ice maker stopped working on my 4 year old American styleFridge, freezer, he came to look i sent him model number and then I heard nothing, after a few days I text asking how he’s getting on he replied “he’s struggling to get spares” I asked him what part we needed, Never had a reply back! I went online found an ice maker motor online (took 5 mins) ordered and fitted myself!I gave him 2 stars for actually coming round to look, he’s lost 3 stars for not trying hard enough.

I called on the 7th of July about a Refrigerator problem. I was informed that there would be a call-out charge that I agreed on, but he did not show up. Instead, I received a message then that 'his diary had changed and he was 'not working at the moment'. Since I was asked to 'keep the refrigerator switched off for 3 days before the appointment, I ended up throwing refrigerated food away during summer. Nevertheless, I decided to call him in December, giving him another chance. Again he cancelled his appointment. I don't recommend this company. They are not professionals. I wonder who gives them 5 stars-perhaps they are his relatives.

My fridge freezer stopped working properly a couple of days ago. I rang and was give a couple of tips to try to get it running again. It worked and I am very grateful. I could easily have been ripped off with expensive repairs. Nice to know there are still honest people around, especially with what is going on at the moment.
